JUMU'AH LIRA -- Sadaqa

Among the elderly recipients of your generous monthly donations, there are several who are unable to cook for themselves due to old age, poor health, or mental health issues.

After careful consideration and discussion with the board members, we have decided to provide them with hot meals twice a day.

To finance this noble project, we have decided to repurpose the term “Jumu’ah Lira” for a weekly fundraising campaign. Jumu’ah Lira is a weekly charity initiative held on Fridays, in which everyone can participate—even by giving a single coin. The idea is to not miss the opportunity to give on the blessed day of Jumu’ah (Friday).
